A Note From
For the most part, our understanding is very limited.
First off, Satan is an accuser. There are many verses in the Bible, especially the book of Revelation, that makes that fact very clear. Satan accused Job when he in fact was quite innocent.
Have you ever watched a court hearing in session and someone is being interrogated? As the prosecutor is asking questions, you can be easily convinced (based on the “facts”)that the person on trial is guilty.
But then comes the other argument from the side of the defendant. “Wait a minute” you think... “Not so fast”. There seems to be more to the story.
Because your understanding is very limited, it would be quite foolish for you to come to a decision or verdict until the truth is fully revealed.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your OWN understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
God is truth.
So, when the accuser starts prosecuting you, it would be a grave mistake for you to listen and except that as “facts”.
For there is another argument that MUST be heard. There is another understanding that must be submitted as evidence. The truthful side of the argument must be entered into evidence. Must be spoken, must be proclaimed.
Then, and only then, can the gavel come down with a verdict of truth and justice with complete understanding be known.
Please hear me, don’t be so quick to believe everything you hear from your accuser. That prosecutor that will bring an accusatory indictment against you continually.
Listen for the voice of truth. Proclaim the voice of truth as you wage war in the battle of the court room...the court room of your mind.
