A Note From
"I change not."
On the wall in my office hangs a very old map. It was a gift from a wonderful friend.
It is the work of the French geographer, Didier Robert De Vaugondy, a leading map maker in France during the 18th century.
The map portrays the geography of countries, more than 250 years ago.
It's fascinating to see how the lines have changed.
Wars were fought, ownership disputed. A new language, a new tradition, perhaps a new religion now inhabiting the land.
I stare at the picture ... things do change.
Well, except GOD that is.
