A Note From
“May God‘s presence be closer, than you have ever known.“
These are the words I just wrote to a woman who is losing her daughter to cancer.
How wonderful it is to know that during the darkest times of our lives, God is ever present and his peace is beyond comprehension.
In our (3 point) purpose statement at Generation, we proclaim that we might, “finish well."
I love that particular point so much, because it always reminds me of eternity.
Life is truly short and we need to cherish every day and be thankful for all that God has given us.
When you live with the knowledge of eternity on a daily basis, it affects so many areas of your life.
It helps you not be so anxious, angry, driven,
One day we will all stand before God and may we hear, “well done, thou good and faithful servant“.
2 Timothy 4:7-8
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing."
